The line is made up of three macro categories:
1) Semi-auto: suitable for a continuous work cycle.
2) Gravity: suitable for cutting a huge variety of cured meat and sausages of different sizes.
3) Verticals: the “C” version, dedicated to the meat cutting and the “S” version, dedicated to all kinds of sausages and cured meat cutting.
The entirely production is carried out with meticulous attention to details, feature that simplifies and reduces significantly the ordinary and / or the extra daily maintenance, beyond optimizing the cleaning and the hygienic process, therefore the operator’s use of resources is considerably reduced.
The cut’s quality perfection is assured and guaranteed by the smooth sliding product plate and by the gauge plate and blade cover guide ridges, that reduce considerably the friction and the assure a better running product , beyond the 3rd generation blade quality.
All the slicers meet the requirement of the applicable EC directives – CE marking.
